Warranty by product category varies:
It is very important to mail in the warranty card enclosed with the product(s) within 15 days of receipt.In Warranty ServiceIf you have mailed in your warranty card and it is within the warranty period, return the product to the address shown below with a letter stating: your name, address, model number and a brief description of the problem. Also include the approximate length of time you have had the product or a copy of your receipt. It is your responsibility to pay the postage/freight to Spectra Merchandising International, Inc., and we will pay the postage to return back to you the repaired or replaced unit. * If you are shipping one of our products to us for warranty service or repair from outside of the United States, extra shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at 1-800-777-5331 before sending the unit to get approval and shipping cost. Note: When returning your product please remove the batteries to prevent damage to the unit in transit and/or possible battery leakage. We are not responsible for batteries returned with the product or for the cost of battery replacement. Out of Warranty ServiceIf your product is out of the warranty period it can still be serviced by skilled technicians in our Chicago facility.
